Introduction: Psychiatric morbidities such as anxiety and depression are disproportionately higher among prisoners than in general population. Around one seven diagnosed with psychosis or depression. The chronicity of psychiatric may lead to suicidality prisoners. Thus, the aim this study was screen morbidity a male only prison.
 Method: This cross-sectional analytical done at Nakkhu Jail Nepal. A total 490 selected by enumerative sampling were interviewed face-to-face. Modified Mini Screen used find out morbidities. Data analysis using frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation. Association correlation between information related environmental variables analyzed Chi-square Spearman’s rank coefficient test respectively.
 Result: found positive 10.41% Suicidality present 3.47% 3.06% had post-traumatic stress disorder. There significant association length stay prison (p=0.026), satisfaction on living facilities (p=0.017), regular health check-up (p<0.001), doctor appointment during problems (p<0.001) morbidity.
 Conclusion: About tenth for morbidity. stay, facilities, check-up, Improving services, early recognition through periodic services treatment low prevalence
